Part of the fun of travelling for us is planning. With the vast amount of information on the world wide web and in our guidebook, we knew what we were going to see and do on this trip. Wanting to get some of the insider scoop, we looked at a lot of commentary on the Tour Forum to help us level set our expectations for the trip. The details and tips sections include many of the items we found from that research that we tested out for ourselves, including some of the SPOLIERS that we think make a Rick Steves Tour unique. We travel to learn, so we have also included knowledge, some historically and culturally relevant, some not, from each part of our trip.
